ABOUT SOKKA:

I have the traditional Doberman Pinscher energy level.

I am the favorite of the breeder’s brother. Why? I am the most outgoing! I tend to venture away from my siblings to explore the new room or whelping box. After I finish exploring, I will go back to the pack. :)

I love playing with toys or with my siblings. When playing with my siblings, I like to wrestle. When I am not playing, I am being loved on by the breeders.

I love meeting other dogs. Any dog I meet, I love them right away.

My house training is going well. I am starting to learn that I have to potty outside.

My crate training is going well. I am learning that the crate is my safe place.

I love car rides. I like looking out the window or playing with the toy I brought along.

When Italy, the breeder, says “Vamonos,” I know it’s time to follow her. “Vamonos” means to go outside/inside. The majority of times I will stop playing and go running outside/inside.

I have been microchipped. My microchip is international, prepaid, and can read my temperature. I whelped when I was chipped. However, I received a lot of love and kisses afterwards. It was worth it.

We are being desensitized to different sounds. I sleep through most of the sounds.

As a typical Doberman, I am alert. So if I see or hear something suspicious, I will start barking. I need to protect my family.

Italy (the other breeder) has started to clip our nails. She does this when we are sleeping. I do not mind. :)

I am a friendly, alert, gentle, outgoing, intelligent, active, agile, joyful, LIVELY, confident, fearless, CURIOUS, playful, kind, and trusting puppy.

We have been breeding for 20 years.

Elbow: 4 family members with OFA Elbow exam (Normal; no signs of elbow dysplasia). This includes a cousin, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandmother,
Eye: 3 family members with OFA Eye exam (Normal; no signs of eye issues). This includes a cousin, great-great-uncle, and great-great-grandfather.
Hips: 8 family members with OFA Hip exam (Fair, Good, and Excellent; no signs of hip dysplasia). This includes a great-great-uncle, great-grandfathers, cousins, and great-great-grandparents.
Narcolepsy: 3 family members with OFA Narcolepsy exam (Clear; no signs of Narcolepsy). These are the parents and a cousin.
Thyroid: 2 family members with OFA Thyroid exam (Clear; no signs of thyroid issues). This is a great-great-grandmother and cousin.
