Within Rachel’s bloodline, there are 8 dogs with OFA exams and 1 embarked tested. As of today, there are no significant health issues. The following is the breakdown of the exams.
Hips: 5 family members with OFA Hip exam (Excellent & Good; no signs of hip dysplasia). This includes the parents, aunt, and cousins.
Eyes: 3 family members with OFA Eyes exam (Normal; no signs of eye issues). This includes uncle and cousins.
Elbow: 6 family members with OFA Elbow exam (Normal; no signs of elbow dysplasia). This includes parents, a half-brother, cousins, and aunt.
Degenerative Myeloptathy: 1 family member with OFA Degenerative Myeloptathyexam (Normal; no signs of Degenerative Myeloptathy). This is the cousin.
GM1-Gangliosidosis: 1 family member with OFA GM1-Gangliosidosis exam (Normal; no signs of GM1-Gangliosidosis). This is a cousin.
Progressive Retinal Atrophy: 1 family member with OFA Progressive Retinal Atrophy exam (Normal; no signs of Progressive Retinal Atrophy). This is the cousin.
Embark: 1 family member with Embark test. This was a cousin and she was clear of health issues related to Siberian Huskies.

BIO:

I have the traditional Siberian Husky energy.

I love all the dogs I have met, regardless of size. I enjoy giving Minni, a chihuahua mix, kisses. :) Talking about kissing, I am a super sweet baby. I love giving everyone kisses and being petted. Especially head scratches.

When I am outdoors, I enjoy exploring. Sniffing here and there. Once I am done, I will start playing tag with my friends.

I am not big on toys. I will chase them, but once they stop I will continue with life. I prefer to play with other dogs.

I love meat flavor treats. Other treats are boring and 9/10 times I won’t eat them. I know what I want. :)

I am a friendly, alert, GENTLE, intelligent, active, agile, joyful, AFFECTIONATE, playful, curious, and kind Husky.
